Use of Information

1. The data collected from any/all SmartCampus services about the user and their activities is confidential and is internally used to maintain security and improve user experience along with maintaining records.

Third party policy

1. We do not share any user-related data to any third party groups / organisations for any reasons whatsoever. We enforce the use of HTTPS to securely transfer credentials.

Consent to deduct money from "Other advances"

1. By signing up, the user agrees to the above policies.
2. By agreeing to this policy, the user agrees to give SmartCampus access to charge the user money i.e deduct money from the "Other advances" as recorded with the SWD office, BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus for any/all purchases made through the app on all the outlets that were/are available on the SmartCampus app right after registering on the app.
3. Any discrepancies in the records will be handled at and by SWD Office, BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus once the transaction is reflected on your account.
4. We hold the right to block any user without reason.
